Sideline Wealth™ — Refunds & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscriptions

1.1 Access to the Sideline Wealth™ Platform is sold as a recurring Subscription (Advisor, Agency, or Enterprise tier). Unless your order specifies otherwise, Subscriptions are billed annually in advance and renew automatically at the end of each term at the then-current rate, until cancelled.

1.2 All prices are stated in U.S. dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which may be added at checkout.

2. Cancellation

2.1 You may cancel your Subscription at any time:

  • Self-serve: in the cockpit, open Billing → Manage billing to reach the Stripe customer portal and cancel; or
  • By email: contact billing@clvmedia.com from the account email.

2.2 When you cancel, your Subscription will not renew for the next term. Your access continues through the end of the current paid term, after which it ends. Cancellation does not, by itself, generate a refund of fees already paid (see Section 3).

3. Refunds

3.1 14-day satisfaction window (new subscriptions). If you are dissatisfied with your first Subscription term, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase by emailing billing@clvmedia.com. We will refund the amount paid for that term and end access.

3.2 After 14 days / renewals. Except for the window in Section 3.1 and as required by applicable law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partial terms, unused periods, or accounts cancelled mid-term. Cancelling stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current term.

3.3 Enterprise / custom orders. Subscriptions sold under a separate order form or master agreement are governed by the refund and cancellation terms of that document, which control over this policy to the extent of any conflict.

3.4 Discretionary refunds. We may, at our discretion, grant refunds or credits in circumstances such as duplicate charges or billing errors. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

4. Failed Payments

4.1 If a renewal payment fails, we may retry the charge and may suspend or cancel the Subscription if payment is not received. You remain responsible for amounts due for any period in which the Platform was available to you.

5. Changes to Pricing or This Policy

5.1 We may change Subscription pricing or this policy on a prospective basis; changes apply to renewals occurring after notice. Material changes will be communicated to the account email or shown in the Platform.
